Who We Are
Bri Gill Solutions is an AI operations consulting firm based in Reno, Nevada. We provide consulting, technology implementation, and AI readiness assessment services for small businesses, nonprofits, and enterprise organizations.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through:

What Information We Collect
When you take the GillScore AI Readiness Assessment, we collect the following information:

Email is optional. You can take the assessment and view your results without providing an email address. Email is only required if you want us to send you a personalized action plan.
We also collect standard website analytics data (pages visited, time on site, browser type) through Google Analytics 4. This data is aggregated and anonymous.
How We Use Your Information
- To generate and display your GillScore results — your responses are used to calculate your score and recommendations in real time
- To send your personalized action plan — if you provide your email, we email you a summary of your highest-ROI fixes
- To follow up about our services — if you opt in, we may contact you about consulting services, workshops, or The Gill Method resources
- For anonymous research and reporting — aggregated, anonymized assessment data is used to produce the Reno AI Readiness Annual Report and academic research. Individual identities are never published.
- To improve GillScore — aggregated response data helps us refine the assessment questions and scoring
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your individual data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where Your Data Is Stored
Your assessment data is stored and processed across the following platforms:

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. All platforms use industry-standard encryption. We do not store payment information — no financial data is collected through GillScore or this website.
Email Communications
If you provide your email address, you may receive:
- Your GillScore personalized action plan (immediate, one-time)
- Follow-up communications about Bri Gill Solutions services
- Announcements about The Gill Method Playbook, workshops, or GillScore updates
You can unsubscribe from any email at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message or emailing bri@brigillsolutions.com. We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate information
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal data from our systems
- Opt out — unsubscribe from all communications at any time
- Data portability — request your data in a portable format

Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our websites. This collects anonymous data about pages visited, time on site, and general location (city/region level). No personally identifiable information is collected by analytics.
We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Children's Privacy
GillScore and Bri Gill Solutions services are intended for business owners, operators, and professionals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our services, contact us at bri@brigillsolutions.com and we will promptly delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of GillScore or brigillsolutions.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
